All bookings and contracts are governed by German law. Once confirmed, reservations are considered binding.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel or rebook your stay free of charge up to 8 weeks before your arrival date. Please inform us as early as possible if your plans change — this helps us offer your spot to other guests.

If your cancellation occurs less than 8 weeks before arrival, we will first try to rebook your accommodation. If we succeed, you will not be charged any cancellation fees.

If we are unable to rebook your spot, the following cancellation fees apply:

• 8 weeks to 1 week before arrival: 50% of the booking price
• 6 days to 1 day before arrival: 80% of the booking price

We do not accept responsibility for accidents or injuries related to climbing or other outdoor activities. By participating, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks involved, as outlined by the British Mountaineering Council (BMC) Participation Statement:

“The British Mountaineering Council recognises that climbing, hillwalking and mountaineering are activities with a danger of personal injury or death. Participants in these activities should be aware of and accept the risks and be responsible for their own actions and involvement.”
