Main Climbing Sectors

SARKİT
Sarkit is one of the main sectors and invites climbers with its impressive tufa lines, red colors and a brilliant view. To find yourself climbing something other than a 5-star route is almost impossible here. Outstanding climbs for us are ‘Jaja City’ (7a+), ‘Back On Funky Planet’ (7b+), ‘Colonist’ (8a+), ‘Olympos Games’ (8b) and ‘Over the Top’ (8b).

Trebenna West
Very unique rock formations, with towers, caves and tufas invite you to a 3D-climbing paradise. This sector offers shade when hot and shelter from rain. A lot of our personal favourites are here, for example; ‘Orient Express’, ‘Aquaplan’ or ‘Freedom is a battle’. This sector is very popular, that’s why unfortunately some of the routes have started to get polished – so, don’t forget to brush your climb after your dance up!
Trebenna East Extension and West Extension, Sandal and Patagonia
Less steep and mostly less crowded than the central Trebenna sector. A lot of wonderful, long routes wait to test your stamina. ‘Cap Horn’, ‘Don’t Eat My House’ and ‘Patagonia’ are only three of the gems you should not miss here.

MAĞARA
The oldest and most classic sector of Geyikbayiri. Mostly protected from sun and rain this cave has some very nice steep routes. Favourites include ‘Nirvana’(6b), Karinca (7a), and Selam Aleykum (7c).
Anatolia
Another treasure of mostly vertical climbing, which also offers some steep athletic routes. Before noon you can find shade, in the afternoon warming winter sun. All the routes are amazing here, our personal favourites are: ‘Turkish Airways’ (8a+), Power Slave (7b+) and ‘Milestone’ (8a)
Dragon
The sector waits with nice tufa lines mostly in the mid grades. Less crowded than Sarkit or Trebenna this sector is a good alternative.
Güzel Manzara
Especially in the upper part, the 45m high wall has one of the best quality rock in the area. Our tip: come with a long rope and connect the first pitch of ‘Quantum Gigantum’(6c+) with the second pitch of ‘Auf Nach Madagaskar’(6c) to make one unforgettable 45m dream pitch.

Geyik and Michi
Recently bolted and rebolted from the Bolting Antalya Team, this sector hosts a lot of modern, nice, not too steep routes in the lower and moderate grades.’ Etik Pratik’ or ‘Babylon’ are a perfect first multi-pitch experience.
Alabalik and Alabalik Balkon
There are a lot of nice routes here in a beautiful setting directly next to the river which are also suitable for families. ‘Kelebeğin Rüyasi’, Parallel Universe’ or climbing up the huge stalactite of ‘Stalactosaurus’ will give you the desire to climb more here.
Mandela, Kebap, Gizmo
These sectors are a good playground for beginners and climbing schools.

Mevlana, Ottoman and Poseidon
Here you can find long routes on a mix of conglomerate and tufa rock. These popular sectors are the place to be on cold and windy days. ‘Memory of Giovanni’ and trio De Ligoville’ are only two from a lot of recommendations we could give.
Barbarossa, Aladin
A big variety of nice, long routes in the lower grades. For sure you should not miss climbing through the monster hole in the route ‘Barbarossa’.
Akdeniz
This climbing sector host mostly short, powerful athletic routes on pockets and small tufas.

Echos
A good alternative for a lot of different conditions, the left side (old Echos) provides shade afternoon, the right side (new Echos) is a wind-sheltered place in the sun, perfect for the coldest days of the year. Some of our favourites here are Beyaz Şahin, No More Mr Nice Guy, Metronom, Kara Elmas and No Country For Old Man.
Koridor and Top Alani
Very nice vertical, sustained routes, mostly on crimps. The sector is quite popular, especially on weekends.

Citdibi (40min. driving from JoSiTo)
Without exaggeration, the huge wall of Citdibi is one of the most overwhelming walls in the sport climbing world. The main focus is on 7c -9a grades, but for some days, also for all other grades, it is worth a visit. The best time to climb in Citdibi is October until mid-December and mid-April until of end of May. We can’t decide what to recommend in Citdibi, almost all the routes here are world-class. But if we had to make a suggestion, routes such as, ‘Karakurum Highway’, ‘Citdibi’, ’Jim Beam’, ‘Meridian’, ‘Nothing Else Matters’ and ‘Playing For Change’ are particularly breathtaking.

Our Impact and how you can help
Together with other great local bolters, we’ve established a very high-quality standard of bolting for safety in our climbing area. All bolters in the area use the best materials for bolting and maintenance. Most of the routes are equipped with glue-in bolts, where needed we install permanent draws with stainless steel.
From the very beginning our camp has invested a lot of energy and money into bolting. Also, thanks to the amazing support from donating climbers, we have bolted and rebolted hundreds of routes. We have also financed material for other bolters and have given them a free home on our camp.
HOW CAN I HELP?
- Inform us, if you recognize something wrong in a route.
- Take all your rubbish back. Taking a plastic bag with you to collect also other's rubbish when leaving helps a lot.
- Use the camp ground toilettes or take a shovle with you to dig a deep hole (deep enough that wild pigs don’t dig them out) for big business.
- Brush away tick marks and chalk when you finish your project.
- Avoid noise pollution with shouting or loud music at the rocks.
- Read and follow the rules and ethics as described in the guidebook.
- The bolting and maintenance are financed from the locals' own pockets. By donating in the bolt box (at the Bar) and by buying the guidebook or the ‘Geyikbayiri Brush’ in our camp you can help to support bolting
Beach & Climb: Olympos and Akyalar
Akyalar (20 min. drive) and Olympos ( 1h. drive) offer different style of climbing on the coast.
Definitely worth a day trip to combine the gorgeous beach, exceptional climbing and ancient culture.
